So, my children are sick. Noah and Haylie have the "flu" Noah has been running a fever sinceyesterday afternoon. The dr. said that it could last 24-48hrs. They said that he will be achy, have a headache and maybe throw up and have diarriah. That hasn't happened yet, knock on wood. He has pretty much been a zombie since Jeremy picked him up from mymoms yesterday. That is totally not him! I feel terrible for him.
Haylie has a slight fever but is acting normal, so far. Please pray that this is the worst of it. I hope we will be okay for the rest of the week. We have two parties this weekend and I really don't want sick kids.
I hope that you all stay healthy!! Merry Christmas.

week 1
okay, i'll tell you.... i started weight watchers AGAIN!! my goal is 15-20lbs by april 1. that gives me 4 months. wish me luck. i'll keep you updated on my progress. so far, so good. i have to get back in the groove.
Weather
i am done with winter. there is entierly too much snow. my kids are having a wonderful time out in it though. living where we do is not fun either! 58th street is the worst. my 10 minute commute to work took me 26 minutes today. not terrible but not fun either. i was white knuckled the whole time! have i mentioned that i have been know to have panick attacks in the winter driving.
jeremy and i were up north and were driving back from somewhere. we had just had dinner with ryan and linda berghorst. haylie was 4 months old. on the way back there were whiteout conditions. i was having visions of my baby being orphaned at 4 months and not knowing her parents. we didn't know the roads very well. needless to say we made it and went home right away the next morning.
hope you are all enjoying it. if not, join the club.

Shopping
So... I went christmas shopping today. I hired a babysitter and went to the mall for 3.5 hours. I got most of it done. I was on the way home and realized that I have nothing for Noah. Not only do i have to buy him some Christmas presents but his birthday is on Friday and I have nothing for the poor kid. He needs nothing!! He has an older brother that has gotten everything before him. I fee like if I buy him anything i will just be doing it to spend money. I am looking for some train things. he is getting a train table for Chirstmas from someone. Wish me luck finding something that Noah "needs".

Finally!!
Okay.... I just got done cleaning my fridge from top to bottom. I had everything out on the counter and scoured it!!! I feel wonderful. I haven't done it in the two years that we have lived here. Spot cleaned, yes but not deep cleaned!! Thats all i have to say about that.
Here we go!!!
So, I decided to start a my space page for the fam. Don't know if anyone will be interested or not but I am going to keep it up to date on what is going on with our family.
Background.....
Haylie is 5 now and in young-5's at South Side Christian school. She loves it!! She is such a little lady. Very smart and adorable!! She loves to do art projects and crafts. She also believes that she IS a princess and ballerina! She is going to start ballet class in January so that will be a great time for her!
Hunter is 31/2 and well.... what can I say. Full of it!! He amazes us everyday. One minute you want to stangle him and then the next he is the sweetest boy on the planet!! He loves Buzz lightyear, Diego and working with his "tools" on his workshop!
Noah will be 2 next week. I can't believe that my baby will be 2. He is my baby and always will be I think. He talks more and more every day and makes us laugh too! He loves socks! Strange I know but he changes them about 4 times a day!! I let him because it is too cute!~ Other than that, he is a typical 2 year old. I am thinking that he is going to define the "terrible two's" for us in the next few months.
We added a 4th "child" to our family in October! Zoe is a 4 month old "shorkie" shi-tzu/yorkie mix. She is adorable. Right now she weighs 3lbs. and will only get to about 6-8lbs. the vet thinks. She is getting along with the kids really well. Potty training has not been fun but we are getting there i think.
Jeremy is in the prime of hunting season. He has gotten a few doe but is still waiting for the BIG one! That is what he is trying to do this weekend in Ill. He is a deacon at church so that takes up some time. other than that he enjoys playing with his kids and raising them to be hunters if it kills him!
I am working three days a week at the Holland Eye Clinic. I do insurance billing there and do like it! It gets me out of the house. I don't know how stay at home moms do it! I give you all the praise in the world. I need my time out! it keeps me sain. Other than that i am busy keeping up our busy schedule.
Thanks for reading and I will be updating soon!
